Registration of the Guest

Guest shall gave their full address with telephone number of all the persons who occupy the rooms

Right of the management

It is agreed that the guest will conduct himself / herself in a respectable manner and not case of any disturbance within the premises of the residency. The management of Zero Degree Jungle Resorts Munnar reserves the absolute right of admission to any person, to the premises of the residency. The management of also reserves right to reallocate rooms to any guest, at any time, without having to assign any reason thereof and without any previous notice.

Guests' belongings

Guests are particularly requested to secure the bolts of the doors and windows within their rooms when going out, or when going to bed, and to not leave the room keys in the key hole. The management will in no way be held responsible for any lose/damage to guest's belongings or property from either the room or from any other part of the building.

Admission and tariff

Guest should fill and sign the Guest Registration Form at the reception desk at the time of arrival, and along with room keys, collect and update tariff card.

Guest's visitors

Visitors are not allowed in the rooms at any time point of the day or night they may be entertained in the lobby of the residency.

Food and beverages

Any kind of food or liquor not permitted to be brought inside the rooms.

Settlement of bills

All dues must be settled in full on presentations of bills by cash/Bank. Cheque payments are not accepted.

Management on guest's luggage or belongings

In case of default in settlement of dues by a guest, the Management of shall have a lien on the luggage or auction such property at any time without reference to the guest, and to appropriate the net sale proceeds towards the amount due by the guest without prejudice to the managements night to adopt such further recovery proceedings as may be required..

Departure/checkout time

The guest shall vacate the room allotted to him on expiry no the period of occupation granted to the guest. Should the guest fail to vacate the room on expiry of the period, the management reserves the night to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room.

Gambling

Gambling of any sort is prohibited as per Government rules, and shall therefor not be permitted within the premises of the Resort. The event of breach by any guest, the management of shall not the responsible for consequence(s) arising thereof.

Hazardous goods

Bringing in any articles(s) that is are of hazardous nature and legally prohibited and of objectionable nature is strictly not allowed. The guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management of its other guests, invited visitors, agents and staff for all loss financial or other, and damage to the guest's goods that may be caused by such articles or as result of the guest's own negligence and/or non observance of any /all instructions.

Use of residency facilities

The guest shall use all the facilities and services of the residency with strict care and caution and at his/her own risk. The guest agrees to abide by and follow all instruction placed at various places in the residency's premises. The management of the not be held responsible for any injury to the guest, or for damage that may be caused as a result of use of the facilities or services for any reason whatsoever.

Electricity and water

Guests are specially requested to turn off lights/fans and Showers / flushes / other appliance(s) if any, whenever not in use. This is not only to economize Consumption of Electricity and water, but also to ensure safety of equipment and avoid inconvenience to the guests.

Damage of property

Guest will be held entirely responsible for any loss/damage to the reasons Property found to be caused by him/her/their pets or by any other person for whom they are responsible.

Application of law, Government rules and regulations

The guest is requested to observe, abide by, and conform to, and be bound to all applicable acts, laws, Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

Amendment of rules

The management reserves to itself the right to add to, or alter any of the above terms and conditions, at any time, without notices.

Liquor policy

Guest is permitted to bring liquor and consume within the room premises only at their own risk. The receipt of purchase shall be produce by the guest for verification Management shall not be responsible if this is not abided by the guest.

Drugs

As per Government order the guest shall not possess or consume any prohibited drugs or organize any rare portion in or around property. Breach of this condition will result in immediate lodging of a police compliant by report against guest.
